Security Note

For your protection, do not send sensitive credentials, passwords, payment card numbers, or confidential business data through email. We will never ask for your password or full payment details via email. If you receive a message claiming to be from FracturingHub that requests such information, report it to support@fracturinghub.com.

Data Correction Requests

Because FracturingHub organizes public records, the most reliable correction is usually made at the official source — the AER ST37 well list or Petrinex for Alberta, or FracFocus and the relevant state regulator for U.S. wells. When you report a discrepancy, include the well UWI or licence number and the specific field that appears incorrect so we can investigate and, where applicable, update the display.

For billing and subscription questions, please also review our refund policy and terms of service.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly do you respond to inquiries?

We aim to respond within 2 business days. If you have a time-sensitive issue, please mention it in your message and we will do our best to prioritize it.

Do you offer phone support?

Currently, we provide support via email. If you have a complex issue, please include as much detail as possible so we can provide a thorough response.

Can I report a bug or suggest a feature?

Yes. We welcome bug reports and feature suggestions. Please include the page URL and a description of the issue or suggestion, and we will review it.

How do I report incorrect well or operator data?

Email us the specific page URL, the well UWI or licence number, and what appears incorrect. Because FracturingHub organizes public records, we may also point you to the official AER source to verify and correct at the origin.

Who can I contact about billing?

Email support@fracturinghub.com for billing questions, and review the refund policy and terms of service pages. You can also manage or cancel your subscription directly in your account billing portal.

Do you provide regulatory or engineering advice?

No. FracturingHub is a research tool and cannot provide engineering, legal, regulatory, or safety advice. For compliance questions, consult the AER or a qualified professional.

Can you help me interpret AER data I found on the site?

We can help with how the platform displays data and point you to our guides on ST37, UWIs, well status codes, and licences. For authoritative interpretation, verify against official AER sources.

Do you offer help getting started?

Yes. If you are new, email us or start with the oilfield sales playbook and prospect-list guides, which walk through setting up a target area, filtering wells, and building a research workflow.

Is my information kept confidential when I contact you?

We handle your contact details per our privacy practices. For your protection, do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or confidential business data by email — we will never request those.

Can I request a data source or coverage expansion?

Yes. We welcome suggestions about additional public data sources or coverage areas. Send details through the contact email and we will consider them for future development.

Who operates FracturingHub?

FracturingHub is operated by Wade Digital, based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. It is an independent project and is not affiliated with any regulator, operator, or service company.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

Subscription management, including cancellation, is handled in your account billing portal. For billing questions or refunds related to a confirmed error, email support and review the refund policy.

Can you verify a specific operator or well for me?

We can help you locate and interpret records within FracturingHub, but the authoritative verification should come from the official source — AER ST37 or Petrinex for Alberta, or the relevant U.S. regulator and FracFocus.

Do you offer custom data extracts or research services?

FracturingHub provides self-serve search, watchlists, and CSV exports. We do not provide custom research or data-brokering services. For exports beyond the self-serve tools, review the features available on your plan.

What should I do if I think my account was compromised?

Email support immediately. For your protection, change your password through the account portal as soon as possible and do not share credentials by email. We will never ask for your full password.

Can I get help choosing the right plan?

Yes. Email us describing your research goals — target region, service focus, and team size — and we will point you to the plan and features that fit. Pricing details are on the pricing page.

How do I stay updated on new features?

We share updates through the platform and occasional digests for subscribers. You can also reach out any time with questions, and our about and blog sections highlight recent developments.
